Workflow first
What happens when a lead arrives on a busy Tuesday, not which tool has the best demo.
Who am I
13+ years building websites, systems, and practical AI. You work directly with the person who ships the fix.
What I do
From clarity and audits through implementation, for founder-led businesses that want practical improvements they can feel in the week-to-week flow.
My work sits where technology, operations, and growth meet. Not buzzwords or over-engineered solutions.
What I believe
If your business doubled tomorrow, would you celebrate or panic?
I am still surprised how many founders run without the basics when the tools have been affordable and available for years. A clear website is only the start. The repeat questions, the handoffs in someone's head, and the growth you cannot explain from one week to the next: that is where most of the grind lives.
I am not here to deliver a job and disappear. I believe practical tech should help you grow the business and win time back for the rest of your life, whether that is family, health, or the next chapter of the company.
Why this exists
Enquiries arrive through five different doors. Follow-up lives in someone's head. The delivery tool never got the memo from the CRM.
They have usually tried a CRM, a VA, or a Zapier stack that worked brilliantly until it did not. What they actually need is someone who maps the real journey, ships the smallest fix that sticks, and stays close enough to care for it.
That is the work. Calm, practical, biased toward shipping. AI helps inside the system when it earns its place. It is never the product.
How we work
What happens when a lead arrives on a busy Tuesday, not which tool has the best demo.
Prefer scoped improvements over big-bang replatforming unless the case is clear.
Time, money, and attention are always constrained. We name them openly.
Best fit: owners and small teams who want clear handoffs and systems that still work when everyone is busy with client work.
Not the right fit if you want a single magic integration with no process change.
Working style
Not a rotating account team. One operator who knows your stack.
Review, audit, build, in that order when needed. No premature implementation.
Configured tools, runbooks, and handoff docs, not strategy PDFs.
RDS Care when ongoing drift is the risk. No retainers for the sake of it.
You built something real. Now give it a system that runs without you at the centre of every handoff.
